Thank you both so so much, these are lifesavers. I've been enjoying Coral Island, but I do think it could explain some of its mechanics a bit better up front, a lot of the gameplay feels like trial and error early on.
I'm surprised they didn't mention you can shake the palm trees in the area during mid Spring and mid Summer for Coconuts, which you can eat and they'll give you extra stamina(around 16-20 stamina, you can get around 20-30+ Coconuts once they ripen). If you unlock the kitchen and buy the Chef's Knife, you can also turn those Coconuts into Coconut Drinks for 40 + Stamina.

Great set of tips, one tip I've been looking for is how to actually catch bugs. So if anyone has any tips on how to do that since the game doesn't really tell you, that would be awesome!
I believe they scare quicker when you run at them, so if you are bug hunting, you might want to toggle off sprint. Getting the sneak bonuses is also a must. Trying to position yourself so they move towards you rather than you chase them also helps. The bug will highlight when you are in range and be able to catch it, though this is one of the things that has reminded me this game is early access, as I've had the highlight show up oddly or not show up in instances where it should
@@mikedavis4561 you hold down the use button and enter into bug catching mode with the net equipped, once you release the button you swing and use up the energy
I finally got this game and I absolutely love it so far. My only problem with it is that I get stuck pretty often and I hate how we get a penalty for the game's early access faults. Either I start over the day and do all the shit I've already done all over again or I will lose half the day AND I have to pay money to the doctor. Big sigh. Other than that, I'm in love.
how do you catch bug using the net? i tried but never succeed, i tried holding down the left click mouse or even clicking it fast, but both method didn't work, any tips?
I feel a little dumb that I didn't know you could break those boxes in the mine with a sword LOL But I definitely wouldn't have figured out the anchor thing! Thanks for the quick tips! I have been enjoying this game :)
I'm bad at keeping a steady supply of income in games like this so the last one is super useful. I always make enough to get what is needed but most of the time I prefer to spend my time exploring and giving gifts
For some reason i cant get past the turtle... when i click on it it says something like "Here will be NPC´s text" or something like that... I tried to bribe it and the turtle accepted it, but it did not move... :c
Did you try swimming past it? I had that happen on one file where I bribed it once and it doesn't move out of the way. It looks like it's still there, but now you can swim right through it to get to a new section. Worth a shot.
I just want to point out that the sea turtles requests are NOT locked to cucumbers. Mine requested a bronze corn because I was in Summer when I found them.
One thing i'd like to add is: Do not put points into the Crop Express farming skill, the % bonus applies to each plant individually instead of all of them at once, which causes plants to grow out of sync and its very inconvenient to harvest them. Plus it ruins the aesthetic and looks ugly too.

This game is literally a copy of stardew valley there isn't anything special about this game! The graphics looks cool but I don't think it even worth it, I got refunded

Same. I unlocked the cucumber seeds with a week left in the spring. Not enough time to grow a cucumber and was pissed. lol

It's just on PC for now, console versions will come after the full release.
