    Well explained Saket. Thank you. One question - ART backlog confains only festures or both feature and stories ?

    • @izenbridge
      @izenbridge  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      ART Backlog does not contain User Stories, It contains Features and yes some technical work which is called enabler, i also made one more video last week to explain user stories and features : th-cam.com/video/TP2BfmkBIrU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=5681WjsoQvgIqmCe

    Thanks for the lesson. Have learnt a lot from your videos. Rescently in an interview, I was asked whats the capacity of your team when u have team of 6 ( 4 dev and 2 testers) ? I answered as per safe , 8 hrs is considered as 1 SP, but this contradicts the hours Vs SP estimation . can you please answer this? Thank you.

      The SAFe example which you used given in most of the slides of SAFe training is just a example to start with, i usually remind my client in class not to use that example for interview because that is something needed when you start from zero in agile. In general we should forecast estimated velocity of the team based on historical trend of velocity and we can use adjustment if needed for holidays and leaves , we do have 4 videos on Story Point estimations, you may want to check it out th-cam.com/video/i1GA40fE3cA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=EYH1r5ojMInhe2_Y

    How to specify which team will get the prioritised backlog item , how the program backlog items are moved to individual team backlog

    • @izenbridge

      It should be done partly before the PI planning meeting and fully during the PI planning meeting, we have detailed 7 videos on PI Planning , check them our here to get better clarity th-cam.com/video/ZHBxzNwmU58/w-d-xo.html

    Can anyone answer "what are all the best practices in PI Planning"??

  • @pseudofacts4356
    @pseudofacts4356 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    If we pick a feature start analysis and create US before the PI then where this US should keep it because we cant add it to our team backlog without the Team PI Objective is decided ?

    Hi sir, could you please tell what is the role of Scrum master in PI planning? Thank you 🙏

    • @izenbridge
      @izenbridge  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      In PI planning teams does many breakout sessions, SM facilitate most of them and also work closely to ensure identification and resolutions of risks and dependencies , check this link for more about SM role in scrum : www.scaledagileframework.com/scrum-master/
