Where I'm from in the south (USA) it's very common for you to see kids literally under the age of 10 driving farm equipment. But since I was never one of those kids, I only started learning how to drive whenever I was around 14.

I'm a lithuanian, and here drifting is very popular, everyone uses bmw E-series chassis, there is a few crazy builds, firstly we have simonas ivanovas, he built e90 didn't like the bodykits that were on market and he just took 2 years and made it himself, he swapped a Merc m113 5.5 v8 took a supercharger from a amg version and slapped it in, he got 550hp/800N-m on stock internals, then we have a andrius vasiliauskas that rebuilt the m3 g80 put a s55b30 and made it for drifting. So yeah lithuania's people are really interested in drifting 😅

people in the Midwest get a learners permit at 14 and can drive with anyone who has a license, which you get at 16 here. if you live in the country you can get a farmers permit at 13 and drive to school and work by yourself. It’s not insane to drive a car at 14 😅.
