Beef Chuck Eye, short ribs, potato's, onions, Michelada, and some delicious El Pato tomato sauce. This is a discada for the ages. It is probably my favorite discada out there.

I learned about El Pato sauce from this chanel and I frigging love it
El Pato sauce is the best. I blended fresh garlic with the pato sauce instead of using garlic powder and it took it to another level.

I followed your directions but just not as much oil and it was awesome
If you are using fresh garlic add it towards the end of cooking, so it will not burn or get bitter.
