Rosel! I have a discada / aka plow disk form Southwest disk and I love it. I have the same burner too. I’ve also made chili in it. That fella is right, Southwest Disk has the best ones on the market. I have the Trinity model. #southwestdisk Looks like you had a great time.

The Cowboy wok is a great tool! I have made several of those in the past. I used to love cooking on one. Fast and simple.

Yes indeed, My friends really make using the plow disc look easy and the results are pretty tasty.
I like kidney beans in my chili and jalapenos.
I not a huge fan of too many beans but jalapenos, bring them on!
