Tried your recepie of orange chicken today
Things that must be changed or adjusted/
1) quantity of ginger and garlic in orange sauce is way too much , I added half of that has been mentioned and still it dominated the taste.
2)try to get fresh orange juice for flavour
3) sauce and spaghetti came out way much spicy although taste was very good , so I suggest to keep in mind the chilli you add.
can we cancel orange from the ingredients?
Then there will be no point of calling it orange chicken

Please suggest a good soya sauce brand.... Using this much amount u mentioned turns out very sour and untasteful with usual brands i tried.
