Hi I just started to follow you, I asked my Braider to mirror your braids and I have such heavy braids i can’t sleep it’s so heavy, is there a lighter weight hair I can’t even put it in a bun it’s so big any suggestions to better hair
I find that the pre-stretched hair is much lighter than most hair. I would say ask her to use less hair than she normally does or try matching the density of the braid hair to the density of the section of hair for each braid. Density is just the thickness of each section. I will try and make a video explaining how much hair I use because I've gotten this question several times before.

What type of pony tail holder would you recommend? I can’t seem to find one that’s stretchy enough.
they sale the extra big holders at Walmart or you can use a head band and double it up.
