Haha nice shout out for the Tennessee river , looks like stuff I fish down here on the Tennessee river , great video once again , you are for sure a legend on social media and wow it’s been my pleasure ever since you had this channel going. Maybe one day I’ll get to see you on the Tennessee river. Have a good day.
Great video Johnny! Suspended fish are hard to catch so this video is perfect. I wished I would have watched it before I went out today because I didn't catch any suspended fish. Only buzzing grass lines produced fish for me today. I did see a few spots (ledges) that looked similar to what was in this video, but I could catch anything. Cranking didn't work because they were suspended. Thanks again for your excellent content!
This is what I need to learn to do. Now that I've got my Electronics setup with proper power and can use it properly. I know there will be a learning curve but I look forward to figuring it out
Another really good video Jonny, you mentioned the budget baitcaster reel you were using. I know you did some equipment reviews a long time ago in the past but I would really like to see what budget reels and rods you have used and recommend. I would prefer to save money on rods and reels and be able to purchase more Core tackle, lol. :)
I’ve heard that in a school the larger fish, which are more experienced, let the younger ones hurt the baitfish, and they just sit there below them and wait for baitfish to fall down to them and they don’t have to expend much energy to get an easy meal.
Not really. I filmed the entire video in about 30 minutes so I probably only cut out 5ish minutes of actual fishing. The rest I cut out was just me messing with camera gear.
The scope can wear me out when I fish for hours and see all the fish that I cant make bite. I do catch some but not near anything like this. Your vids are an education and not a "watch me catch but how?"
Once again delivering another true how to become a better angler. There’s nobody else even close to doing such informative content
Jonny, Another fine video. You're the only one that I'll watch fish because that you teach while you fish, Guy
Love that you’ve stayed true to the Black Max reels after these of these years & what I’d perceive as success in the fishing industry

That is absolutely amazing! I sure appreciate you taking the time to help us understand how it works! 🤙

Great info man, thanks for sharing..
Another awesome video, gotta try this!
Looks like fun 👍🏻
If I purchase one of your lake breakdowns do you show places such as the one you are fishing here? Thank you for your time.
I have a new type of breakdown coming out that shows places like this. They should be on my website by next week.
@@FishtheMomentok I will check it out

Great stuff Johnny! I’m guessing a hair jig or a spoon will work as well? I’m thinking I can find these kind of schools without FFS
Glad you enjoyed! Yeah a hair jig or spoon would work for sure on these same fish.
You don’t need ffs to find fish set up like that…. they are easy to see on both 2d and down imaging.
What size Spunk Shad are you using with the 4/0 TUSH?
5.5in Spunk Shad
Jimi would have definitely thrown a spoon! Haha! It's one of his favorite lures!
So I have a question, how long do these schools stay there? What if I graph them in practice, but once it’s tournament day, they are gone.
Let me know if you would be interested in a FishTec franchise Johnny.
Does Line size seem to matter?
I find 12lb works best but I think 14lb would work too.
Is this video sped up a lot?
