Why does Jasmine Holiday act like she's never heard of actual holidays? 😂 What does she need to research for? Is this her first time finding out what a holiday is? This game 💀
I love how every simmer just does the most unhinged things in the game (like woohoo-ing with the whole town or whatever) and it's just totally normal 😂
Like a ton of people already said, the event is pretty boring and the most enjoyable thing so far has been watching satchonsims. Thanks for putting these videos together!
Those candles are interfering. ANY clutter next to any computer almost always prevent Sims from using it. Pregnant Sims are often hungry and tend to see their bladder and energy need go down faster. After all, they do eat for two, there is all that extra weight to carry around, and the baby is compressing that bladder.
My first sims experience was the sims 2 on ds, where you were a hotel manager in strangetown. It was so chaotic i loved it and been hooked on the sims ever since! I wish the sims 4 could be more chaotic and funny but oh well satch you make up for it i love your videos!
I think they will do this monthly to encourage simmers to play more regularly. I think it really bugs them that so many of us play super intensely for like a weekend and then don't play at all for the next 6 months lol.
What I think would be a good idea, is coming up with a decorated woohoo bush, or we can decorate the base game one with the holiday wreaths. Or a new woohoo place in general, like a holiday bed or a special outhouse or shower. I know lots of people get romantic over the holidays.
I think the Sims team glitched it too, I was expecting the slipper to look like Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer. Well at least they could have made the nose light up.
These rewards requests are really easy and quick, and there is no real edge to make you really do your homework. Like everything I did in the same house with the house members and even the computer tasks was easy my teens did it all 😂 and I love your chrissy jumper ❤️
I’ve fully gone back to the sims 3 recently, it’s soo much more fun and chaotic so maybe I’m bias but I would LOVE to see more sims 3 content from you !🫶🏻 happy holidays (only to you, not jasmine the wee boot)
I wonder if they're going to make "old" battle passes buyable like other games do bc I def don't have time to play each day to unlock these things. lol I preferred when this nonsense was just based on turning on the game and logging in each day and not actually having to participate in gameplay.
This video was fun and tbh I was curious about the battle pass system too maybe they could be doing it so people spend more time in game? Not entirely sure why they decided to add it, It sure feels out of place though 🤔
YAY!!! Baby :D Ahahaha it's kinda sad it isn't father christmas's kid cuz that would be so wild. But Marcus, marcus, marcus, very stereotypical the buff party guy knocks up random girls.
Lmaaaooo 4 99 for the basketball dlc ofc 😂 I feel bad for people who paid for the packs that are now having their features and items implemented in base game but as a free ah player... i dont feel *that* bad 😂
I HAVE NO UGLY CHRISTMAS SWEATER THIS YEAR.... AND TOMORROW IM GOING ON VACATION ALREADY.... and yes Im screaming :( PS: I hate Jasmine. I wish Father wInter was the quest giver
I disagree that this whole celebrate other cultures is “too woke” but the way that they’re doing it is so lazy that it is very grading Like instead of adding features where you can actually participate in celebrate in these other cultures it’s like “cook this dish, make this drink, research this” They’re not giving you extra costumes to dress up in or extra decorations to put up or extra games to play to help you actually understand other cultures. They’re just screaming in your face and that is annoying.
I thinks that that's basically the reason of why he call it woke. The event is about traditions and holidays and blablabla, but at the end is just a bunch of christmas things. That is what woke is at the end of the day, the moral superiority to call yourself SOOOO inclusive and interested in everyone, but you don't really move a finger to create new things that REALLY include everyone, the law of bare minimun
Yes - TS4 is just very shallow and also overly family-friendly to the point where you can't really have darker storylines without literally micromanaging it to do so (cut to the old games where Sims would literally burn to ashes if you so much as looked at them the wrong way) I also find it quite ironic that they made an event where you literally get popups about interesting events and traditions instead of being able to actually do them. EA has paywalled so many common and normal activities in this game that their basegame-friendly events can't even have meaningful gameplay
And EA/Maxis got themselves into this position by not sticking with the Sims own lore and traditions and keeping them separate but influenced by some of our own. The sims could have had their own unique holidays and traditions in typical wacky sim style, including chinchillas for example (from Medieval sims) or cowplants etc EA could have given us a bunch of holiday items other than wreaths like piñata, mistletoe, poinsettia plant, gingerbread house making, festive stockings/socks even if those objects had no animations but I suspect they're fearful that there would be backlash for not covering this or that other tradition/culture/festivity/representation. . . that and they're always about doing the bare minimum. Lol.

"My first golf club stuff"!! I'm dying!!
I love how every simmer just does the most unhinged things in the game (like woohoo-ing with the whole town or whatever) and it's just totally normal 😂
I always thought I was depraved but it turns out everyone else is too 😂

"Passing out and giving birth at the Christmas Market" we've all been there.

0:45 ive had this happen many times to me this bug has been in the game for at least 2 or 3 years i think

MY FIRST GOLF CLUB STUFF - I couldn't stop laughing at that one

The swatches for the game console was a nice touch. One looked like a PS1

Im loving the Christmas jumper
He named Shanice's baby Tax Credit 7 🤣
This event is so underwhelming 😂
I love that Shanice was drinking a coquito!! That’s a drink from my country lol I love it hahaha😂❤
Damn Santa’s got a big ass
Your last Christmas video was so friggin funny though! It was worth ithahahhaaha
I love the sweater! Very unique, very Satch
Satch you are brilliant and funny keep it up!
I like the slippers and tye bushes from this pack. The wreaths are okay and the sweater is fine but could ve so kuch better
0 05...... Now that is a christmas sweater I can support.
battlepass crap is probably their attempt to stop pirating.
That baby looks like has puffy eyes with bags 😆
Congrats to the simmer who was named tax credit 7, you’ve finally been born!

Loving your father winter jumper
It happens to me also with my sim not able to use the computer without clicking on the chair first 😭
I think this happens when there's clutter on the desk w the computer
Me watching everyone play with snow while I’m stuck being poor: 😀
This video was fun and tbh I was curious about the battle pass system too maybe they could be doing it so people spend more time in game? Not entirely sure why they decided to add it, It sure feels out of place though 🤔

Could you do a sims 3 play through? I’ve never played and hear it’s really chaotic and I think it would be really funny
Is Marcus Flex the Father? 😂😂
aka Marcel Price 🤣🤣🤣
I think they made it as basic as possible probably to see if it would bug out like the other ones.
I cant even get my claims since it keeps saying im not online. Do i have given up on this stupid event since it's broken like always 😕
I HAVE NO UGLY CHRISTMAS SWEATER THIS YEAR.... AND TOMORROW IM GOING ON VACATION ALREADY.... and yes Im screaming :( PS: I hate Jasmine. I wish Father wInter was the quest giver
Totally get the jasmine holiday hate tbh
What is that sweater 😂
This title 😭

@@fredchu3982💯
@@fredchu3982you're right - in this context that IS what Satch means by woke (Satch vocabulary is slippery lmao)
