    guys im doing this exercises for 3-4 weeks and now this is like a daily routine for me.i believe this exercises really work, but i do physical exercises too. losing fat is the most important thing i think.

    I started this May (last week)
    Its been 3 weeks since I do this sometimes 2 times a day. It feels like my neck is more longer and I can see more SCM muscle or the sternal head(I'm not sure) regarding with jaw, I feel like I lose some fat. It really hurts at first but its bearable. I'll also do other workout, Stay Consistent and Good Luck.

    I’ll try this a week, once everyday and I’ll be back. Remind me to update.
    Day 1: ✅ It hurts aaaaaa
    Day 2: ✅ Hurt less, but not seeing difference yet.
    Day 3: ✅ started to do another face workout of urs too, since yesterday.
    I don’t see much difference in jawline, but I feel the skin getting tighter :D
    Day 4: ✅ I feel my face lost some fat
    Day 5: ✅ my face def slimmed. My mother even commented about it, but I’m adjusting some small things to fit me better, as I’m with inflammatory issue around the neck.
    The double chin is def a prob atm. I feel it isn’t getting tighter as fast as the sides, so it looks a bit off.
    I’ll probably look for another workout, to fit my needs better.
    BUT, his face workout for slim the face definitely worked for me :). I’m doing 1 time per day.
    I’ll stop updating now. Good luck

    i do it every day now and give results i do it for 7 days ^^
    Day 1: WEYOOOO IM FR BUT MY JAWLINE FEELS BETTER
    Day 2: it feels a little bit better
    Day 3: I forgot I'll add a day to it
    Day 4: It's the same but I'll keep going
    Day 5:it's much better you can see a difference and is more jawline
    Day 6: it started hurting more where i did it
    Day 7: i didn't have time im sorry i'll add a day to it
    Day 8: I can feel it a lot more
    Day: 9 it's gotten so much better i can already feel the bones i can definitely recommend it to you

      @@tarawati3005 oh yes it really helps i would maybe do it twice a day if i were you so for 1 or 2 weeks then you should see a difference for example i am not special puffy but hadn't had a jawline after I did it I saw a difference in a week

    also do this while working out and on a calorie deficit because you cant spot reduce fat, while doing all those together this workout will 100% be more effective

      You are right ! But not 100%, we see ppl their face is very puffy with double chin with the thin body shape !
      This exercise is work for shape the jawline ,and this is 100% work 😊

    I'm 31 and have experienced some signs of aging lately- I started massaging Vitamin E oil (Jasön brand) onto my entire face and doing this massage/exercise video 2x a day before I wash my face and do my usual skincare. After only a few days my face looks like it did when I was 21. It should be noted that I have very dry skin. If you have very oily or acne prone skin, the use of so much oil might not be a good idea for you.

    Tips to improve:
    - Drink a lot of water at least 2 - 3 liters a day
    - Sleep at least 7 -8+ hours
    - Stop taking sugars , there plenty of natural sugars like apple, banana and ecc...
    - Limit your fats
    - Workout at least 3 - 5 days in a week

    Month 1:
    week 1 - 2 : Saw BIG improvement about my jawline, edges are sharpening, plus consistencies and healthier habits like drinking 3 - 4 liters of water, workout, taking a better diet (beside sleeping).
    week 3: stopped a while for exam. Better sleeping, decreased days of workout.
    Month 2: Starting at 1 July 2024 (Reviewing my schedule)

    If you want to improve your jawline, it's recommended to get below 13% body fat. By doing so, you'll notice your jaw being sharper as a result.

      You are right ! But not 100%, we see ppl their face is very puffy with double chin with the thin body shape !
      This exercise is work for shape the jawline ,and this is 100% work 😊
      This is my experience

    Day 2:I will continue this to improve my jawline
    Day 3:wow I can see the bones
    Day 4:It changes little by little
    Day 5:nothing change?
    Day 6:I see the different

      I'm also gonna do this. I will do this while mewing. (I do this 2 times every day 3:00 pm, and 6:00 pm).
      Day 1: same jawline
      Day 2: looks like the skin under my jawline got deeper showing it more.
      Day 3: looks the same
