also do this while working out and on a calorie deficit because you cant spot reduce fat, while doing all those together this workout will 100% be more effective

I feel it isn’t getting tighter as fast as the sides, so it looks a bit off. I’ll probably look for another workout, to fit my needs better. I'm 31 and have experienced some signs of aging lately- I started massaging Vitamin E oil (Jasön brand) onto my entire face and doing this massage/exercise video 2x a day before I wash my face and do my usual skincare. After only a few days my face looks like it did when I was 21. It should be noted that I have very dry skin. If you have very oily or acne prone skin, the use of so much oil might not be a good idea for you.
