    This video is a godsend for me. My stress and anxiety used to only manifest in my pelvic floor. Now it’s also in my jaw, necessitating adding a TMJ therapist to my long list of doctors. You touched on so many of my experiences. I’m deeply grateful for you and your mission.

      Thank you for sharing! That connection between pelvic floor tension and jaw clenching is so real. I'm glad this resonated with your experience and validates what you've been going through with both TMJ and pelvic floor issues. Keep listening to your body! 💜

    Thank you for your videos, they have proved extremely invaluable to me. I am SO grateful I came across them. I'm interested do you work with many patients who are hypermobile? I have this and although my pelvic floor is strong it's still weak. It's so frustrating!

    • @vibrantpelvichealth
      @vibrantpelvichealth  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, hypermobility can make pelvic health tricky - it's common to feel both strong and weak. Consider working with a PT who understands hypermobility to find the right balance for your body! 💜 ~ Vibrant Support

    What would you advise for a male pelvic floor strain right above anus? Been doing baths, slight stretches and then ice. It doesn't hurt almost at all but with ice I can feel the problem spot more. What would you advise?

    • @vibrantpelvichealth
      @vibrantpelvichealth  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      For a pelvic floor strain in that area, your current approach sounds good - just add some gentle pelvic floor releases and keep movements easy while it heals. If symptoms persist, check with a pelvic PT. ~ Vibrant Support

    Hi dr. Bri! I have hypertonic PF and have a pulling sensation in my vagina when I use leg press machine and squeeze my legs together. How would i go about fixing this? I need to sqeeze people between my knees/legs since I do brazilan jujitsu and being in the posion in crucial for practicing, but the pulling sensation is very uncomfortable and makes me worry that i may prolapse.

    • @vibrantpelvichealth
      @vibrantpelvichealth  หลายเดือนก่อน

      While martial arts are important to you, that pulling sensation needs attention - please work with a pelvic floor PT who can help modify your training techniques and strengthen your pelvic floor safely for BJJ. 💜 ~ Vibrant Support
