I’ve recently moved to dubai from the UK too! I’m in the downtown burj khalifa area, it’s so cool to see what you guys get up to only 30 mins away. Downtown is really artsy and the boulevard is always changing - unreal decoration for Christmas / Chinese New Year / Valentines etc! And there are SO many dogs here 🥺🐶 excited to keep watching you guys
Pier 7 is so cool there's 7 levels all different restaurants with different vibes. Its fun in the lift, each floor the doors open to different music, decor and funky places to hangout. The stage do a great roast. Outside seating watch the zip lines and boats go by.

What would happen if they were walking around like this in Qatar and "not wearing masks because we see other people not wearing it"? Booked for not wearing a mask. And having a crop top would not make things easier 😂 I hope Qatar keeps some of its integrity. I love Dubai but they just let tourists do whatever they feel like 🤷🏻♀️
it is an artificial city with artificial everything... after a few months this "cool" stuff would get old and boring, and you would want to go back to living in a real city with real everything...
Omg. Dubai is réunies with Cheesecake Factory. Gross. Never had a good experience had one. Maybe this one is newer and cleaner. Also PF Chang’s is a good Asian chain. Sad they closed the one near me. Wonder if cf and pfc are related because they are close to each other here too. Please eat local places. Not silly American chain restaurants
My favourite time to explore Dubai is at night, I would of loved to of seen you guys play volleyball with 3 drunk men 😂 😂, 👏 😃, those açai bowls looks soooooo good 😋. As a yogi myself I would be checking that out, Dubai Marina is beautiful.

Have one question, is your apartment close to the JA Oasis Beech Tower? I ask as this is where we were booked to stay and will probably book again due to the location, sort of looked familiar :) Enjoying the vlogs, fingers crossed we'll be over soon.

@@ReadByJess I was there in summer when temperatures hit 45+ degree celsius. I just spent the whole time in malls and pools after 6 or 7 pm. Last time I was there is like one week ago. I visited Dubai Marina and JBR walk a few times by night to enjoy a nice shisha, went to the desert, had jetskis near burj al arab (I think that's dubai marina lol) and obviously went to the standard things which I didn't do last time. Like Burj Khalifa, Dubai Malls and I'm interested in fragrances so I checked out quite a few things. I also went to Abu Dhabi (better download the Al Hosn app because that's their covid green pass thing there) and yeah I pretty much had a nice time. I also checked out miracle garden which was a big disappointment, but I went to the Expo which was quite nice. By the way, you get a free expo ticket when flying with Emirates (at the end of the flight there's some ad in the airplane display). I also checked out global village but I'd not say that it is something you need to do. I had my hotel on the Palm, so we also had a little beach.
I’m sure when you go Australia or America You won’t enjoy same as Dubai Because always lots to do in Asian countries and you already experiencing it ( But if the world leave Asia alone if you know what I mean )

Dubai marina is hands down the best neighbourhood to live in Dubai. My Mum and I enjoyed taking night walks when we were there back in 2017’s December! What a beautiful sight at night. Thanks again Matt and Summer!!!
