Great video you guys! I especial LOVE the nature scene at the very end! How can you go to sham and not appreciate the natural beauty of BC! So magical!
I went in 2008. Not a huge fan of the scene or music, but I can def see how some would love it. I do admire the spirituality aspect of the festival. Never met so many nice ppl.
I especially liked the mini story "The Necklace", as I think it makes a good portrayal of the types of selfless people that you'll meet at Shams. Boy buys a necklace, and has his heart broken when he finds out that the girl he wanted to give it to is already with someone else. You then have complete strangers come along, and do their best to cheer the kid up, and hang out with him for the rest of the night. I've met many selfless people like this when I was there back in 2012. Bought my tickets for 2015 the first day they came out, and can't wait to go back!
The mini stories in this video and all of our experiences in this beautiful place is something to appreciate everyday. I love how this video captures each day from Skii Tour to Datsik and beyond. Any day I feel down and out just find an artist's Shambs mix, then inspiration flows through your body!
please dont go. in the summer, i live in a house so close to shambhala you can hear the people screaming, and people were coming on to our property. and if you go to shambhala, the locals automatically hate you. just sayin
sharise cooper I would love to go, but its very VERY far, from where i live :-) Besides i think i would stand out quite a bit, since im an old geeser ;-)
Still makes me bawl like a child. This is the perfect culmination of what its really like there. PLEASE get all these people together again for another project like this on shambs... so dang perfect.

Here Kitty dont bring any glass or booze, they will throw it out at the gates. but you can totally sneak it in if you really want too. bring lots of vitamins too bra, with some bottled water, theres free water fountains there but its a ways from the camp site. this years going to another amazing one
Here Kitty Just keep hydrated have fun, don't be afraid to make new friends. Making new friends is so great learning and experiencing the music with each other is something else. Feel free to be yourself everyone is pretty friendly here.

A couple questions: 1) Do people smoke weed or anything else quite a bit there? I don't really deal well with second-hand smoking. 2) Are there lots of mosquitoes?

Going back to Shambhala for the 1st time in 4 years. This will be my 3rd time going. Shambhala is a beautiful festival. I highly recommend it
