I'm not sure about the guidelines in Canada but in Australia it's not just the raw fish in sushi, it's that pre cooked rice is one of the worst culprits for food poisoning because it sits, warm and wet, for hours before you eat it. So here the guidelines are no sushi at all unless you make it at home

interesting! Our sushi here is almost all refrigerated if it's from a store, so I think the rice is fine :)

boo actually helps me be faster haha, for him this is soooooo slow. In the summer we go even faster cause we don't slip all over the snow/ice haha
