Try putting the room thermostat in the living room which is colder than the hall way, is the heating is probably turning off when the hall is warm enough but before the living room gets warm
I haven't commented in a long time - we normally watch you on the TV and it does get frustrating typing on an ipad or iphone - still watch all the time and glad you guys are coming along on the apartment- just finished a bunch of DIY projects in the house as well - always feels good to accomplish it yourself.

Would you be better with a tall radiator in between the windows to warm the room a bit more, it’s a huge space for two smaller radiators. Must say thou thee apartment looks lush x

Are you sure your radiators are big enough as your lounge is very high and heat rises

We are deep into hive with bulbs, door sensors & plugs... we’ve built it up over the years. Last year whilst getting our annual British Gas Service on the boiler I mentioned about how I’d love the Radiator Valves from Hive but at £50 a pop they were too expensive. He made a phone call to BG & I paid £200 over the phone for 6 valves & he fitted them there & then. They give a very localised temperature reading & help us greatly reduce our heating bills as we only heating the areas we want? They always have good Black Friday Sales & it pays to shop around too looking on Amazon etc etc. Keep keeping us entertained, we love you guys x www.hivehome.com/products/hive-radiator-valve

Are your radiators in the lounge single panel? You may need to either get double panel or bigger sized for a higher btu. We’ve found a huge difference in the temp since changing one of our radiators to double panel from single.

You need to work out the heat loss calculation for your living room. To be honest I don’t think those two small radiators will produce enough heat to warm that room.
yes the btu is too low it was even with the old ones, however I've installed some foam core rods today and the floor temperature is holding at 18c without any heating at all
@@TheLodgeGuys Nice work Nick, hope it works out. 👍 The only other thing you could do is install some tall radiators in the same colour you have which will pump out more heat. The apartment is looking good, you guys have done a job 👏

I think one of you heating problems is that you have very high ceilings and heat rises so you'll feel alot cooler been lower. Go sit in office lol problem solved x
