That acid reflux etc I personally find it worse when I’ve been leaning over a lot. You may of overdone things plus stress levels are running high with the current situation. Nice to see Leigh giving you a hug, he’s a gem x
I love the shelf, but I really think that the tissue looking thing in the vase is a nono! Looks like something from grandma's house! A lovely green plant is a much better idea, Leigh!

Leigh they have on Amazon those chain ladders that don’t kink to hang outside the window just in case of a fire.

I totally understand the fluttery feeling Nick. I had it & it scared me. I was also burping a lot at the time.. Doctor said I was swallowing air because of anxiety &:it was causing a piece of skin to flutter. He taught me some relaxation exercises that helped. Hope it gets better for you soon! Take care & be safe. Oh, we can get Lotus Biscoff at Walmart here

In case of emergency break glass, but seriously I saw the most amazing pop out ladder the other day. Sucker formed like magic from outside the window. Brilliant!
I have the Samford suite from Next, I've had it for 5 years now and it is in exactly the same condition as the day it was delivered. The only thing that does change are the cushions that come with it (I think you don't use them) they are real feathers so they do change in shape when you rest on them, but if you just give them a good plumping up they go back to normal. I had the entire suite cleaned last year by a local company and they came up great. I have two two seater settees and the large armchair and footstool, love them.

Hi Nick and Leigh,Love the decs...you must get a large tree in front of that window,would look amazing...Nick your stomach could be that you have done alot of bending doing the floor,which would squash everything ,especially if you are eating and not chilling for a bit after....xxxx
“Mintec” peppermint capsule tablets work great for relieving IBS pain.
Sorry to hear you not feeling top notch , but What you are describing nick is anxiety !! I suffer with it a lot , when my stress levels are up , I get acid reflux , bad cramps in belly ( not IBS) and an overwhelming feeling of nervousness. Sometimes the levels are that high I actually burst into tears and get pins needles . I also suffer from night terrors . It's definitely stress and or anxiety .
Practice some meditation or box breathing regularly! It really does help . And try and relax . Xx 😘

Your vlog from yesterday inspired me and I got some Ghirardelli brownie mix. It’s not the double or triple chocolate, which they didn’t have, but it is the dark chocolate, which I’m sure I will like a lot. Glad to see you took some of the brownies to the apartment with you to enjoy!

Another lovely vlog. Would you say you're creatures of habit? You seem to be replicating christmas at the lodge at home. I've been watching christmas decorating vlogs on TH-cam to try and get some ideas for this year as I love a change, however, still undecided on a colour scheme yet.

Try a couple of glasses of apple juice for the ibs. Also probiotic supplements help, but will make you windy for a bit.

You probably exacerbated your acid reflux from leaning forward while doing the flooring for that whole week. Try not eating or drinking anything (especially alcohol) at least 3 hours before bed and see how you feel.
My acid reflux got so bad this year it started to affect my asthma, so I'm now full of all the little tricks for keeping at bay.
Omg was only talking about Nick today he would die in my house I'm tight with my heating lol ,it goes on then 10 min later it's off 😅😅😅

Is the fluttering in your stomach or your chest. If it is in your chest please get to a cardiologist asap.
I had that this summer and ended up having a heart attack (that I didn’t recognize as a heart attack) and after my open heart surgery I had the fluttering which was Afib and treated with medication.
Chuck a bit of worcestershire sauce into your burgers next time.

You will have to concentrate on doing vlogmas at the flat rather than lodge now
