if you mean like at 0:35 that's just a windows 11 theme. if you really really really wanted to use 7 today still you could probably find a halfway decent anti-virus that still supports it, but I can't say I would recommend connecting it to the internet. even though I have several times because I was too lazy to copy stuff to my external ssd lmao
