Arteta is a very disciplined and passionate coach. 5:43 after the first half he rushes to the changing room even before the players do. Reminds me of my Calculus lecturer who would get to the lecture room 30 minutes before the students do and we passed his unit though it was tough

You notice everytime we get a set piece the set piece coach stepped up and arteta stepped back. That’s show a good leader, he knows when he’s the one to give the advice versus when it’s someone else that need to step up.
