OMG! I have the three just like you explain : I use Kajabi for selling, landing pages, emails but I prefer Mighty path to pro for community and course. I am at a stage where I have no clue what to do as I am wishing for my own white label and not have their logo on the app store. I do not want to pay them 30K/y and so now I am clueless on what to do next. Any suggestion?
Thank you very much for reaching out. Well, we are extremely partial to Kajabi because we run our entire business on Kajabi. In addition, I run a 2nd business called Athlete with Asthma on Kajabi as well. The great thing is, Kajabi tends to update their platform a lot. Therefore, you will see that even in the past 2-3 months they hae added a lot of new features including a white labeled mobile application that they charge a very low fee per month to help you actually get it ont he app store. They take care of jumping through the developer hoops themselves. In addition, Kajabi's community platform has gotten exponentially better in the last 12 months. So we recommend that you try out these Kajabi features and consider moving everything to Kajabi. SCORM is outdated.
Amen. It is 20+ years old but people still talk about it and act as if it is the standard in eLearning. Understandable due to how it is marketed, but the reality is you can save a lot of money not worrying about it and LMSs like TalentLMS even have internal authoring tools that are strictly better than authoring tools you have to pay separately for to build SCORM and xAPI courses and TalentLMS is a low cost/high value LMS on top of it.

Kajabi is limited with only 15 products for $199/mo. Had them for almost 4 years and finally left even with being part of their beta creator program.
Where did you go after Kajabi?
That is correct, the theory is that once you max out your products you should be making enough money to upgrade to the $400/month level which is only $320/month if you pay for it on a yearly basis (you save 20% which you can do at any Kajabi pricing level) and you can even start 2x more businesses and host their websites and courses on 1x Kajabi subscription as well when you make that upgrade.
On the other hand if you had 15 products and were not making enough money to justify upgrade your Kajabi package, we definitely understand why you explored Kajabi alternatives. It must have been a lot of work to transition though. We only share this because we are at 10x Kajabi products currently and feel like once we do max it out at 15 it is a no brainer for us to pay $400/month ($320/month when paying for 1 year) due to the amazing benefits just paying a little more gives us.
With that being said, you all could try out LearnWorlds as a Kajabi alternative.
