    We asked Doug Neill, from Verbal to Visual, to sketch note his top takeaways from the Community Design™️ Accelerator.
    He'll take you through everything he learned and how it helped him create a profitable, engaged, and vibrant online community on a Mighty Network.
    Because it turns out there's a formula for setting up a community
    that's easy, energizing, and-dare we say it-fun. It's called Community Design™.
    Do you dream of creating a community that people are excited to contribute to every day?
    One that can become a thriving, sustainable business with community at its core.
    One that can be your launching pad for paid memberships, courses, events, and anything else you want to explore to power your revenue to new heights.
    One where your members feel seen and like they’ve finally found their people.
    One where they’re safe to learn, dream, and maybe make some mistakes along the way.
    “We built the network in Dec 2020 and, after I learned Community Design™ in Feb 2021, our network grew 270% in a month! We have an 80% return rate and 72% member retention.” - Amber McConnon, CDA Graduate
    "In the past 6-months, we have consistently attracted 4-8 new members every week - on autopilot. Community Design showed us not only how to structure our network, but how to create and deliver value on a consistent basis.” - Robert Martinez, CDA Graduate
    "I've seen a 100% increase in my monthly revenue, and 100% my growth was thanks to Community Design™. Before I took the course, I didn't understand how to get people talking, or give them consistent value, or develop a year of topics. It also gave me the guts to actually charge! I was already stunned at the quality, depth, emotional intelligence, specifics, and expertise of the program!" - Margaret Watts Romney, The Speakership Club Host & CDA Graduate

    This short video was more instructive and helpful than most of the things I've pored over, read, watched, or listened to about Mighty Networks. Such a great tool, I'll be using it again and again. It also provided some great examples that have helped me realize I was heading in the wrong direction and I don't think I could have "seen" that without this very visual summary!

    This was so helpful!! Thank you so much!! I am gaining members through driving traffic from TikTok and I am on the process of figuring how to make my platform beneficial to my members through design. This clarified a lot of questions I had.

    Hey Doug. Did you start using the Mighty Network platform with a community account or did you dive straight into using the business account. I’m starting to develop a small community however, the business rate is more than I can afford. I can however see a time for courses. What are the deep differences between the community and business accounts in your opinion?

    • @MightyNetworks
      @MightyNetworks  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Liz; we have a video about this! And if you start on Community you can always move to Business later when you want to add a course. It's seamless. th-cam.com/video/HvV5i-39bkU/w-d-xo.html

    Would love to know the pricing to fix for the community members and stragetic plan of benefits.i already have a 5k member community.

    • @MightyNetworks
      @MightyNetworks  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      On Mighty, Hosts charge an average of $48/month for membership. You can go lower or much higher-but we don't recommend charging something like $5 a month. People pay attention to what they pay for and you want them to value what you're building.

    Can you start your community off as free for say, founding members, and then make the membership cost? So you can get traction to get those initial members in and then when it has some members and is more valuable, start charging? And if so, can you do this in such a way that the founding members who entered for free, always have it for free but any new members have to pay the monthly amount?

    • @MightyNetworks
      @MightyNetworks  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Absolutely! You can have an initial plan for founding members that is free, then hide it and add a paid plan once you have traction. Your founding members will always stay on the free plan.

    Can you develop multiple sub-communities within one community?

    • @MightyNetworks

      Sure, you could create multiple Spaces in a community for sub-groups.

    Can Mighty Network offer a live audio stream like Clubhouse? I’d love to host audio events live with my online community.
