In Chinese, preparing for a lesson/class in advance is called 預習. I am not sure if there is an English equivalent, because in English, people would just describe the behavior. They don't seem to have a specific word. My guess is, Chinese people tend to value education more greatly and so there will be specific terms for school-related/academic-related things.
If you spent as much time trying to be an honest business as you do managing comments, maybe you wouldn't have a now-failing business and have to try to make up for it with a beta version of some cheap AI feature bundle that doesn't work.
