No instructions online or included with poles that I could find. All the other videos I saw just talked about how wonderful they are, not how to set them up. Thank you. You saved me from making a trip to my local REI just to find out how to use the @#^^@$ things.
Quick and easy demonstration of assembly/disassembly. Thank you kindly. I was gifted Leki poles, and I was surprised it came with no instructions on setup and takedown. Your video makes the task easy. I’m looking forward to using my Leki poles on the trail.
OMG thank you thank you thank you! It is not at all obvious how to assemble these poles so thank you for your help, especially without any snark. Now do one on how to adjust the straps. I'm sure Leki arrogantly thinks we're just born knowing how to do this.

Pfewww... thanks for this instruction video. Lifesaver !!! Just bought a set of foldable ones, so i can get them into my luggage flying out for work. Absolutely need them, not for trekking just mobility issues. But OMG, how the ... do they expect you to figure this out from those miniature pictorials in the leaflet ?!? Thx from the other side of the globe 🙂
From my experience that's not repairable, but it would be worth chasing up a warranty with BlackDiamond if you're still within the warranty time frame ~ Lauren

Good demo. But honestly, if anyone who has these or is looking to get them and do not know how to assemble them already, they should just forget about it and move on. 😁

One of my Leki FX Carbon poles has an internal locking mechanism and will not click to lock/unlock. Can't seem to find any way to fix it.
We'd need to see it to problem solve, I'd suggest contacting the place you purchased the poles for help. ~ Ben
What do you do if the inner cable has become disconnected?
