Must admit I'm a Cannondale fanboy and I watched pretty much all the announcement (ad)/early review videos from different TH-cam channels, but this is definitely the most nicely produced, enjoyable to watch one. Amazing job, Matt and Sigma team, as always. (I thought at the end Matt was going to steal one again, ha!)
Yeah, most of the videos showcasing Cannondales products (apart from their official videos which they produce themselves) are very bland and boring. This one is actually entertaining and made me want to watch all of it.

Thanks Steve. Unfortunately, we are to blame for Matt not getting a clean run up the climb, after stopping him multiple times to ask him questions on the bike. We will have to get him back out there to tackle it properly and to really let him rip up it!
Looks like a nice bike but the big brand names have a monumental challenge to pull off: selling enough of those high priced bikes when there is increasing competition from direct-to-consumer Asian and other brands. I think they have made some nice products, but at $7-15K the market is not so big, especially in this economic climate. If they can deliver a $4K-5K Ultegra mechanical bike with carbon rims it will likely be a bigger hit in terms of post-pandemic cycling renaissance.
Well damn, I’m still waiting on a warranty Supersix Evo frame replacement from a brand new bike purchase that was defective since last April..I got maybe 50 miles on it before the frame started falling apart. Now by the time I get my new one its already obsolete.
Given the fact that it now no longer sports a head tube-cracking steer stop, yes. The third-generation SuperSix EVO is one of the bikes I enthusiastically do not recommend anybody to buy because of this design flaw. I would personally ride a second-generation SuperSix EVO (rim brake only), back when Cannondales looked their best.
Disappointed they've scrapped size 60 in favour of a 61 to cover sizes 60 and 62. Might work for some people but would be a worse fit for me and plenty of others I suspect.
They have to look a certain way or designed a certain way.. Not sure what's organic about it, but if I could afford any bike in the price range, it would be the hi-mod evo 2 in with electric blue..
I just hate that it comes with 52/36 and 11/30, like so many modern bikes. Living in the mountains, I can't ride with this, so I have huge additional expesnve of swapping to 50/34 and 11/34. Only a few manufacturers, like Cube, provide their climbing bikes with proper climbing gears.
Cannondale are an ok brand but no bike should cost £12,500 not even the top model. Lab71 is just another name for a bike made in a Chinese factory. Nothing wrong with that, but don’t try and kid people this is anything special. You can’t even produce a press fit bb that doesn’t creak for that money so back to the old safe threaded! Thumbs up for Matt though and the Cinematography!

Cannondale is notorious for terrible paint jobs. They did a much better job with this bike than I’ve seen in the past.
