Hello Dustin, his Dad & everyone !!! That’s a huge state park to explore. Glad your enjoying your time with your dad & Eric. Can’t wait when u show us around that park. Take care guys. Hello Reche !!!💗💗💗
Surely enjoying your time with your dad in the cool days of spring. Deer meat and especially my favorite, baked beans,. Couple of weeks ago, my wife, her niece who came to Toronto for college, we spent some time in Tobermory on the Bruce Peninsula National Park. It is in between Georgian Bay and Lake Huron about 185 mi/4 hrs from Toronto.
Awesome video Dustin, an a very nice state park. I've only been to Turkey Run one time a servile years ago when I was visiting my cousin. In total I've only visited an hiked 114 state parks but hopefully can keep adding to that. If I remember correctly there's like 10,000 state parks in the U.S .so I got a ways to go lol. Nice to see you and your brother an dad out enjoying some nature and eating some good food. Take care brother and as always cherish the moments ✌
Hello Dustin that's a beautiful park my sister used to live in Indiana close to the race tract Im wondering Reche did'nt want to come visit there in your hometown have a good day
Good Afternoon Dustin, time check, it is 1:35 PM here in Seattle, Washington, I was late watching your video vlogg, anyways I am glad that you spend your time with your Dad, I was wondering why your mom don't travel as much as with dad or your siblings. The Food is so delicious, Im just curious, I never tried Deer meat before, are they more tender than pork or beef. I wish your mom can travel with you on your road trips, maybe she is busy all the time..God Bless.
Hi Fred, my mom and dad travel a lot together , this time unfortunately my mom couldn’t make it. My sisters all have families and live with their own families. I was just at my sisters house visiting… God bless too!
Dustin how come you didn't explain why the wood was burnt on the cabin lol. I know why it was burnt but I am sure a lot of the viewers have no idea. I Love Deer meat as well and I love watching Deer play. Sad Deer are beautiful animals but when it comes to putting steak in the belly that deer has to go down. You're dad said he got 6 deer last year. Back home we was only allowed to shoot one deer and it could only be a Buck unless you had a doe Permit. Our Doe run about 140 to 180 pounds. Our bucks run 180 to 360 pounds . I also love bear meat and Moose meat .
It's probably burnt and maybe coated with some kind of linseed oil to preserve it from the different seasons that's the only thing I could think of myself kind of help the waterproof it
@@calvingarrett3245 Pretty good guess but it is only half right . Yes it will waterproof it for life but it does a lot more then just that. It was an old trick the Indians used as well . Although I have to admit they really did burn that wood more then they needed but still did the job. Many homes and out houses were made like that and have been up for more then 100 years . They is other reasons for the burning of the wood though and many will even burn logs when making log homes . Some even burn Ply-wood when they use it for roofs as well .
@@danelionheart5881 well the only other thing I can think of is also to prevent any kind of wood bugs and termites things like that and plus it hardens the wood a little more.
@@calvingarrett3245 Yes . the burning of the wood is to weather proof it waterproof it and to keep termites away at all times. The only issue is and was is that it is nasty to work with that Black is not easy to get off clothes and skin .
Dustin, load up a couple of singing and guitar playing videos. I'm sure you have made some new compositions. The Mushroom growing on the Tree is called a "White Toothed Tree Mushroom" I looked it up. When do you plan to go back to Sam Ang. Those Deer Steaks will be so tasty in a Curry sauce over white rice..
Hi Keith! I hope you’re doing well. I do have a few new ones.. I will be back next month! You’re right those deer steaks would be tasty with sauce and rice
Beautiful park. Perfect place to just relax and meditate. Deer meat must be good but I don’t like killing animals for food . I can eat them but don’t like to see them getting slaughtered .
