3506Dodge Personally, I'm partial to Ruby Romaine... But Kay is definitely one of Tracey's most iconic characters, a sort of every woman in her own way... Tracey Ullman has such a gift for not only becoming these outrageous characters but also communicating 100% relatable AND consistently relevant issues and emotions through them.. She's such a remarkable talent! Nobody else comes close.
@@jeffryphillipsburnsPeople who go bankrupt over medical care, are middle class business owners who have medium sized bills that they can’t afford, ~30k. Anyone who required 100k + a year in care would end up on Medicaid one way or another and it would be paid for. Also, being billed for 250k a year doesn’t mean your healthcare actually costs that much. It would probably be more like 20k.
Kay was the most poignant of all her characters.

Everything Tracey does is magic.
Even in the 80’s, 41 didn’t look that bad. It drives home just how much stress she’s under in her daily existence.

Except that Kay's mother is elderly and should be enrolled on Medicare, but yeah for younger people.
No, the mother might have medical conditions that are not covered by Medicare.
@@fluffyunicorn57 Nobody dies of anything not covered by Medicare.
