I think the roll cage is made with styrene rods and there are specific glues for that. Tamiya extra thin cement works perfectly for it and dries in a second... You can check Sideways King, he made a bunch of tutorials on how to work with styrene and pla plastics!

Start with a 2000 plus Challenger, remove as much weight as possible, throw a HEliphant into it and then build this.
