Honestly really impressed with curries understanding of how to effectivly use an aim trainer and apply it in game. Most pros just load up gridshot for a week and say they aim trained and that they think it doesnt work.

feels like sidestep tracking #2 is trying to run away from your cursor instead of moving erratically independently which is worrying because it could train people to jiggle the sides of the targets head but then crap the bed when the target is a person that doesn't move according to your aim point.
Minigod is probably one of the best coaches I have ever seen, def go check him out hes a low sens god, makes some great montages and even greater educational content
2:00 holding ctrl instead of mouse 1 is so smart, I’ve been aim training by pressing m1 and it ends up straining my wrist. I’m definitely gonna try this

This is as a training I think warm up is like the range and stuff
He does this routine then goes into tdm before playing ranked.
warmup routine = 2x per task in the aim routine(aimlabs) + tdm after
cooldown (if u feel like it) = the aim routine on aimlabs again
