Thanks for the tutorial! My front wheel would not pop out just using finger strength - another vid showed using a knife, but actually the flathead worked for that too: slip inside the groove on each edge and twist slightly until it comes out.
Thank you. I have been using tweezers on my X8 for ages. I never knew you could take the actual ball out of the assembly. This has saved me so much time.

What did you do with the little " hair covered screw & nut?" that were left on the table? Or were they just gobs of cat hair? Thanks for showing the flat head method, everything else says to use your fingers...mine aren't that strong ; )
I just wish they would be consistent with selling spare parts, filters and whisks on their website so we don't have to keep searching Amazon for what are likely knock offs.
My Eufy 11s doesn’t seem to drive straight after 1 week of use. Any ideas? Front Cast wheel or maybe one of the side wheels. Hoping it’s not the sensor.

The manual says just pull out the drive wheel, but it's impossible to do so with your fingers. Thanks for this video.
No need to pop out the entire caster. Just grap some pliers and pull out the wheel. 😊

There really isn't a need to pop out the whole unit. The ball will come out, but please be careful.

Yes I agree, contact Eufy (Anker) they have EXCELLENT costumer support. Do it either via Amazon or directly on their website.
