Shaun, this couldn’t have come at a better time. I was getting the S2 error and couldn’t figure out what to do after cleaning all I could think of. After getting no help from the user manual, I found your video, watched it and then went straight to the solution without removing one screw. WD40 to the rescue. Thank you!!!
Hi, I had a similar S2 problem and it stopped after going around in circles. I took both wheels apart and found one had been unplugged. Needed a small fine nosed plier to do the delicate replugged job. Its back to do its job again. Many thanks Shaun for your useful video. David.
OMG, I JUST GOT A NEW 35C, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT BUT after thee or four times it had the same issue on the right wheel. the other side, just did this trick with WD 40 AND IT WORKS AGAIN OMG THANKS !!!!!!!!!!! IT constantly said THAT THE WHEELS ARE DIRTY, BUT YOU CANNOT SEE THAT AT ALL. SO clearly the wheels are dirt sensitive on the inside. the magical wd 40 again. it can be so frustrating that you don't know what the problem is. You might think that it is faulty, but its not. i'm glad that you uploaded this otherwise i've would have sent it back. many thanks bro!!! clearly dust and debris gets everywhere!! but ofc with a normal vacuum cleaner it is the same story, so overall pretty happy.
I had this issue today, son the wheels a bit to no avail, then came across your video. I was just about ready to check the connection and decided to spin the wheels a bit more and then it worked!

Your solution worked well with an Eufy G30. Initially it did not work. I had to open the wheel again, add more oil, and importantly, turn the wheel many times in both directions until it felt more loose.
Thank you soo much! My almost brand new eufy x9 pro gave me the same error message and I already saw that one wheel was moving not as freely as the other one. I will try to cure it like you did. My first idea was that there might be fibers from the carpet somewhere clogging up the wheel's bearing so it would be nice to look between the rim and the cover behind it. I will try that.
Have a similar problem with mine was wondering if you could help me I followed all the steps and even contacted Coredy who said buy a new one as they don’t have spare parts it’s an old model! Got a donor wheel and still it spins in a circle then turns itself off please help
if you have had it for that short of a time, they should really send you a replacement so you can test to see ifit is indeed the battery at fault. Given what you describe it does sound battery related, but cannot rule out something else at play... If you have only had it a year, keep at eufy, they may send you a replacement unit.
I don't feel any effort on it. I just feel that u r lucky. Because, by WD-40 the error s2 has been solved. And u don't even open the wheel mechanism for ur viewers. Im so sad bro.

I have an eufy that keeps shutting off randomly without beeps or saying low battery , is the. Battery ? Eufy says change it after one year

I had an S1 error on my Eufy G30 Edge, it was the battery, I bought a replacement battery on Amazon and the device worked again.
