01:40 - I love this moment of Steve looking to Tim's playing like "yeah... the future of guitar is in good hands, I guess my hard work was worth it with such guys nowadays" - and then he snaps back in perfect timing for his solo last bars. Tim was probably very happy when he saw this take, since he probably (like, surely?) admires Steve a lot as a guitarist.
There is this invigorating sentiment when someone we truly admire on a field, or just look up to as a person, gives us some moment of admiration back.

It's not awesome. The vapidity of production of even this niche of the music industry is disheartening. It's a resource to see other people getting makeup put on and their hair curled?!
@@dmacrolens Admittedly, and perhaps a bit embarrassingly, yes. I like to know what happens behind the scenes so one day when I get there I'll have a better idea. If I didn't see it, I honestly wouldn't have thought that they did hair and makeup since it looks pretty natural. I suppose I should always expect that for a production, but it didn't come to mind.
I also like seeing what kind of camera and sound equipment they're working with.
I also feel like a drummer every time I try to play a Polyphia song on guitar
Their camerawork is not only amazing, but if you watch closely you can tell that they have a deep understanding of the song itself as well.

Gober is a beast on guitar, and Tim can play both bass and drums modestly well (you can find clips on their own channels of them playing). I'm confident Scott wouldn't have trouble on a bass either

I hadn’t realized that the cool trumpet man who appears in the last part of this music video is Ivan Jackson of Brasstracks until I watched this. Wow. It’s fantastic that one of my favorite producers join a song of also one my favorite bands as a musician.

2:36 is the guy from brass tracks when I still worked in studios a few years back he and his drummer were there recording and I remember getting him this barbecue place in Burbank and the dude said it was super good, all around nice guy from what I could tell pointless story that doesn’t relate to polyphia but still cool to see him still doing stuff non the less
