Since it took awhile for you to see it did thr same thing happen to you. I’m asking because the video is one of thr worst ones I’ve put out and that has never happened to a Voiceplay video. It seems like there are a few reactors that won't react to our request unless we are a patron of theirs or they don't get enough request for them to even bother with. Most of us can't afford to send money to the person doing the reaction & to exclude us from wanting a request from them isn't fair if that truly is the case. I hope I am wrong.

He won’t do it for more than a bar or two, but he has such a sweet voice. And a chef’s kiss for Eli’s lighting here-he deserves more props for that part of his contribution.

Getting to 100k is totally amazing and thr best part is meeting people like you and getting to hear new music that I wouldn’t normal get to hear. This Voiceplay video was so awesome. It really brought me back to my youth with this Beach Boys song. Voiceplay hit another home run with all of these guys and everything they out into it. I’ve been listening to it nonstop since I made the video. Thanks again for being a part of this community!
Deejay is actually in the traveling tour of Hamilton. He plays Burr and Hamilton and understudies at least 5 other parts. Also has released his own music and done several collabs with Voiceplay. Bang!, Man in the Mirror, You're my best friend. All great!
@Bob Cieslinski I didn't either at first. I ran across Voiceplay during the pandemic and saw him in their videos. Then saw an announcement when the tour was able to resume that he was part of the company.
@Bob Cieslinski I'm not 100% sure, but I think they all performed in the Orlando area at the parks and knew each other from there before he got into musical theatre.
@@phyllisfranks7739 During an interview with JNone a person wrote in the comments that she had a program from a show in Orlando, where Deejay, JNone and Cesar all had performed the same night and that was in 2015, when neither of them had been connected with VP yet. Lots of criss-crossing in Orlando.
In addition to Layne’s arrangements, his attention to the look of the video helps make them distinctive. He envisioned this song as talking about the rooms each of them have where they can record and be creative. This was filmed in Rayne’s Room Recording Studio. Owned by Layne, and attached to his home, they have filmed many videos here including ACA Top 10s and Chandelier. When Layne dressed the set he included items for each VoicePlay member, Deejay, his daughters, his grandmother, and his wife’s family. Items he added for himself included his violin, his hoverboard and a book of his favorite Disney movie. Deejay is a member of the Angelica North American tour of Hamilton. He’s a swing for five parts, including Aaron Burr and Hamilton. He’s also currently the male voice for the castle fireworks show at Disney Paris. Besides this video, my favorite song of his with VoicePlay is Bang. Near the end, Deejay, Eli and J None do a trio run that J wrote in. It’s fantastic!

VP just dropped another of Layne's arrangements - this time, Geoff wrote a bridge for the song, and more lyrics. As usual, GORGEOUS harmonies, and a charming storyline.... Golden Hour. Can't get enough, and hope you'll react to that one, too.

The arrangement is stellar. Love the lighting and the CRICKETS. DeeJay has been on tour with Hamilton. He's also done quite a few videos with VoicePlay. Try Bang, Butter, Man in the Mirror, The Chipmunk Song, You're My Best Friend, Mr Sandman - off the top of my head.

When I first saw this I was astounded at how they managed to remember that body percussion. Then I saw the behind the scenes video and found out. It had to be written down :) I know I'd never remember all that. DeeJay Young has sung with a number of times now and is currently touring with Hamilton. He is a truly superb high tenor with riff and runs to die for. Both Geoff and Layne are masters of arranging, having been doing it for years now. Thanks for getting Eli right, now just need to say Cesar as in Julius Cesar. Seezer?
