SAS I bet there are places to squid in Vancouver! We go squidding in Seattle from Oct - Dec, just on the harbors. Jigging is so fun! Catching them is so addictive and eating them.. so fresh!

We catch lots of squid off the dock in the evening in Tacoma Washington in November. You should be able to do the same in British Columbia in either Vancouver or Victoria or any of the other seaside towns.
Woah i live in Seattle and have never heard about squids in Tacoma, that’s so interesting! Do you catch it yourself or is it mainly fishermen?
We caught them ourselves off the dock that is in Steillacoom. In the evening. They gather in swarms, being drawn to the reflection of the powerful lights that are on the dock. In November. I imagine you could also catch them in Seattle if there is a similar dock.
