@@Gabriel-uf7bn Yeah, and you can also use the BAR M1918 on, for example, Fao Fortress - where the supposed battle you are fighting took place in 1914 - three years before the production of the weapon. xD
Gabriel Monroy yes i know but i take bfv as a reference because that is the newest battlefield game and i play that the most currently so thats why but bf1 is also wierd
The Huot Automatic was a successful conversion and was cleared to be put straight into production. However, the war ended shortly after and it faded into history. Another tidbit of history, the Ross company who made the rifle the Huot is based on later turned into the company “Whirlpool” the home appliance manufacturer.
Also the Breda was not a experimental weapon since it was finish and manifactor and sold to costa rica, not in large number but still out of the experimental catagory
Technically the experimental weapons in BF4 are the AK-12, LSAT, and the Bulldog. Those weapons were considered prototypes in 2012 and going through trials. As of 2018, the AK-12 was the only one to be mass produced for Russia in order to become the standard rifle of the armed forces.
For a gun nut, BF1+5 is a double edged sword. They have many ultra rare guns to use in them but every enemy you kill has one of them. I get why the did it for BF1 as apart from a handful of LMGs and the Bergmann MP18, its all bolt action rifles in the Great War. They had to make it playable. At least Post Scriptum and Hell Let Loose are out there...
Nah; Omaha has been done to death. Do Site Juno instead, which was part of the same event, but was assigned to Canadian forces rather than British or American. (Operation Overlord, which D-Day was the result of, had 5 landing sites, and each of them had different codenames: Omaha, Utah, Gold, Juno, and Sword. Omaha and Utah were assigned to the American forces, Gold and Sword assigned to the British, and the aforementioned Juno was assigned to Canadian forces.) Going for Site Juno puts a nice twist on a famous event while still being part of D-Day despite focusing on Canadian troops.

I've put about 150hrs into BF1 now, and just last week found out that you can press "V" on the m1903 Experimental -- changing _back_ to sniper rounds from pistol rounds. How I did not know this, I will never figure out lol
I've actually found the Breda to be pretty good. In some cases I prefer it of the STG. I like using the 3x on it, and the damage per shot is good enough to where I can snipe people with it on semi-auto.
Tbh I love the Breda in BFV. If you give it the right upgrades it’s a beast gun. I feel like it’s underrated sometimes but everyone has there own personal preference
Dont forget the Standschtüze Hellriegel M1915. It was a cool inclusion in Battlefield 1. The history of it is cool too. It is Austro Hungarian, I believe, developed in 1915. Only 1 was ever made. The reason it didnt go over well was because its drum magazine was prone to not feed, the gunner needed someone with him to carry more ammo (like what was done with all MG teams), and it was hella expensive. The Germans went with the MP 18 SMG instead because the operator could carry more magazines, it was cheaper, and had a faster cyclical rate. The Hellriegel was actually the only water cooled small arm in the world at the time (which added to its weight heavily). This system of cooling was on guns like the Lewis gun MG. The Hellreigel was chambered in the 9x23mm Steyr (Styr Arms) and its cyclical rate was between 500 and 600 rpms. There are only 2 pics of it in the world and it was destroyed after failing its tests.
Well @TBAG [Epic Gaming] , in BF4, it have another "Prototype" gun, it is the AK-12, cause in the game, it is an early AK-12 gun model, if you google "prototype ak12" or "early ak12" you will see the real prototype looks almost like the AK-12 in game, but due to the new design of it, it has to change back to the old style of ak receiver to fit the mass production of the gun, I guess, and with the new 2 burst system in 2016 or so, you can watch the new AK-12 gun in Kalashnikov Media too, cause it is the Kalashnikov's own channel but for the English community.
