As someone who lives hundreds of miles away from any sort of conventions, I appreciate this very in depth budget breakdown. I didn't realize all the little costs that stack up over time. I do think the experience would be worth it. Especially, paired with a good group of friends. Cheers to your first video too! For a first video I feel you did really well. This has helped me so much I’m a teenager hopefully going to my first convention soon. I have to try to figure out the money and stuff on my own and I work a $8 job for around 8 hours a week
