Yep, that was me when I got home. Too many choices, I got used to just going to the chow hall and getting whatever the TCN's were serving up. The other thing for me was not being used to driving when I got back, it took three weeks of me keeping it local before I could back in the saddle ( having been the upgunner I've found that the law frowns on people just standing out of sunroofs).

6:27 There's nothing in the Geneva (or any other) convention precluding the use of a .50 for personnel. In most RoEs I've ever worked under you can use what ever you have available to remove the threat as long as it is proportionate. We were using Javlin ATGMs to take out snipers in Helmand because they were precise, long range and limited collateral damage. We used .50 MGs all the time to engage foot targets from vehicles and stag posts.

You are missing - the - point of The Hurt Locker: Jeremy Renner's character is insane.
He's not doing things they way they should be done and his squadmates dislikes him for that very reason. He's addicted to adrenaline. If there's factual errors in how rules of engagement should be followed, I'm rather certain that those rules has been broken many, many times. But that's completely besides the point when you make a movie about someone who's mad as a hatter.

Other than that they were just finding so hard for something they can poop out. Also the movie talks about how the teammates wanted the guy to use robot but because that's his character he wanted to look for it himself but also the "panel " didn't cover it.

We are a proud military family, my two sons serve in the military one in the Army and one in the Air Force and my husband served the Air Force for 15 years my daddy was was a Army Ranger my brother , cousins and mother-in-law were army as well so you can say the military is the family business lol so we definitely support any business veteran related. I’m really glad to see another veteran doing well after service because I know it’s not easy. I never served myself but I devoted my career to physical therapy for wounded veterans and witnessed injuries both physical and emotional and I’ve seen what it does to both them and their families. That being said I just wanna say thank you for your service and you should be very proud of yourself for everything you’ve accomplished, your pretty damn bad ass 🤘🏽.
