cubo modular is overprize and you will realize that basic concrete is cheaper

50 years? HAHAHAHA. Search online and you'll see complaints from 'actual' costumers. These houses are also EXPENSIVE!

@@reklamador27 Base or standard house starts from 699,000 any modifications or change of materials will greatly increase the price. Shipping and installation also start from 299,000 up to 499,000.
Bamboo can last that long. But Cubo Modular has some wrong designs. For example no awnings (roof overhangs) which leaves the walls and porch unprotected.
@@gantenbeinable Their products are EXPENSIVE too and it will not solve housing problems in the Philippines like they claim in their early ADVERSITEMENTS.
My main worries is pag malakas na malakas ang typhoon lalo s Philippines lagi may calamities. Parang wlang foundation n malalim sa lupa paramg nkka worry😅
