Ako yung Production Architect. 😁 May 3 types kada model ang mga Cubo namin. Origin models are bare type models, shell lang ng structure. Standard models naman may basic rooms like kitchen and bathroom. Loft models naman may additional loft for either bedroom or office space. Yung sa roofing materials, choice ng client na maging stone coated roofing siya. Every part ng bahay may choice ang client para maging unique para sa bawat client. 😁

Naghahire pa po kami ng ibang marketing staff para mas maraming masagot na emails.

Nakakatuwang malaman na may mga ganitong engineers and architects tayo sa Pilipinas. These are the types of projects the government must support. Imagine helping thousands of families get their own home without worrying about rent and constant repairs.. They can then move to the next level in the hierarchy of needs since they already fulfilled "safety". In addition, environment-friendly pa. Sobrang nakakataba ng puso. They'll surely improve pa sa susunod na mga taon and then saka ako bibili kapag kaya na hahaha.

Housing developments in urban areas have lot of backlogs in the Philippines, mainly because of 2 components. The price, and the location. Housing should be aligned on the wage and cost of living in the Philippines, and it should also be near the main source of income of the users itself.

Truly is. Housing was also my graduation thesis in architecture, others say its a simple thesis, or other laugh about it, because its just a simple 'residential house' they say. but what makes the 'house' as basic human necessity makes it hard. its a basic one yet in the Philippine it fails to meet ideal houses that once we had.

I received a quote from Cubo Modular. The 499k for the Sarangani is just the basic price. Gaya ng sabi ni Arch Lyan, di pa kasama yung delivery, tax, septic tank, foundation. It can reach 900k-1m depending on your site. Still more affordable than your average condo but assuming you're gonna buy a lot to build this house, your expenses can easily reach a million or more.

I think Cubo Modular house had the same idea with the prefab shelters made in Cavite(one of the famous housing factory) were Japan and Australia are the main exporter. Every are part of the house are made then assembled to make one full house that is typhoon and earthquake resistant.
These are the kinds of information that im now starting to appreciate so much. . Adulting is good.

If you think about it, Cubo's cheapest house is at 89k the business cannot offer it at a higher cost since 89k is already their retail price so paano pa ki-kickback ang NHA?hahaha

We inquired there before, we inquired the batanes and bulacan model. May mga addons pa siya if you wantit with a bathroom for example. Stucture lang ang sagot nila foundations hindi nila sagot. Permits and other concerns water, electricity, city hall matters should be done by the homeowner. Aabot din siya more or less ng half a Million.

I wished i knew about this company while i was constructing my 12 sqm loft style house, i could have saved half of what i spent
Edit: upon seeing their website mas nakatipid pala ako kasi i have almost identical design as their bulacan loft, their price is 299k for a base package plus 76k for the deck canopy and another 182k if you want it fully furnished, so thats 557k already and you still have to pay for the foundation of the house which you will pay separately. Say another 100k so thats roughly 657k. I just spent less than 400k for my 12 sqm house. It has a 1.5mx3m loft bed, has a porch and a hot shower and is made of cement, glass and steel. So yeah, it may look cheap for the base unit pero mamamahalan ka din pala if you want to make it more liveable. Still, kudos to the founder for thinking about this concept. It is still a great option for building affordable small homes.

I love tiny house my dream house ever since. Its a low cost budget house sa mga gustong magpatayo ng bahay na konti lang ang budget. Im happy na meron na palang ganito sa atin. Napapanood ko lang yong mga ganitong uri ng bahay sa abroad. At pangarap ko talaga na magkaroon ng ganitong bahay in the future...

Thank you for showcasing this. I found other company taking advantage of this hype but they are overpricing with minimun of 1.5M. Already a price of a good land. But this company is so down to earth, i like it. Still on planning which is best for my case - to go prefab or a standard house.

I hope you can make another video follow up on Cubo Modular. With the comments about Cubo company the concept is good but execution is bad. Many are saying customer service is terrible once deposit is given.
