    you mentioned iso yielding but is it iso overcoming?

      Thanks for the question. It would really depend on the movement and how it's applied. Iso yielding would be like pulling or pushing into pins.
      The overcoming would be then removing the pins, or doing a similar exercises afterwards. This could also be something like a pause squat or chair deadlift.
