Hi, i think you are not yet install the robotware for the controller. You can go to the add-in Tab, find the IRC5 controller to ADD the latest robotware version 6.xxx.
You can activate the free license with the below step-by-step guidance: File Tab > Options > Licensing > Activation Wizard > “I want to request a trial license” > Check RobotStudio Special Offer 2020.
