Hi there, I just banged them in and few turns of the engine she ran fine. I did have to buy a tool to clean the seats for copper washers. They are crush washers so need replaced. If not seated correctly you get an exhaust leak up the side of injector that sounds like a bad tapping noise. Good luck let me know how it goes.
@Studio Twentyfive Thanks, I'm not 100% certain it's the injectors just yet. I do have the reeming tools as I have another vehicle that had leaking injectors. I'll do a bit more testing, good to know just chucking them in will work.
I cant remember but its not cheap. I would never have 1 of these vans again as its a design flaw. The water gets in through the scuttle panel and rusts everything up.
Think I’ve got the same problem stay under 2.5rpm can seems fine but over that straight into limp mode
