Note: Orzorga's Red Frothgar (Blue quality Drink Buff) is a better recovery food to use than Jewels of Misrule or Bear Haunch!

Armor weights 2H 2M 3L
Armor traits 2x Reinforced on heavy pieces, (2x Well-fitted & 3x Impenetrable) or (5x Impenetrable) depending on your playstyle. Include Well-fitted if you roll-dodge and are mobile in fights. Use pure Impen if you prefer to hold your ground in fights.
Weapons:
Master's Ice Staff (Sharpened) Double DoT poisons or Absorb Magicka Enchant
Sword & Shield of Wretched Vitality (Defending & Sturdy) Absorb Stamina & Health Enchant
Armor:
Medium Helmet of Wretched Vitality (Impen) Health or Tri-stat Enchant
Heavy Chest of Order's Wrath (Reinforced) Health or Tri-stat Enchant
Medium Magma Incarnate Shoulders (Impen) Stam Enchant
Light Waist of Order's Wrath (Well-fitted or Impen) Mag Enchant
Light Hands of Order's Wrath (Well-fitted or Impen) Mag Enchant

Front Bar: Lotus Blossom, Deep Fissure, Frost Reach, Bird of Prey, Growing Swarm, Dawnbreaker Ulti
Back Bar: Resolving Vigor, Polar Wind, Ice Fortress, Leeching Vines, Blue Betty, Spell Wall Ulti
Flex notes for bar setup: You can run Polar Wind instead of Arctic Blast for stronger off-healing for teammates. This results in the loss of your main stun. The solution to this, is to remove Leeching Vines from your back bar and put Lotus Blossom in that spot on your back bar instead. In place of Lotus Blossom on your front bar, you would place Screaming Cliff Racer in that slot for an off-balance. With this off-balance, you can medium-weave your Ice Staff for a consistent stun. This Screaming Cliff Racer skill also awards us with 400 Weapon & Spell Damage for 10 seconds upon successfully dealing damage to the Off-Balance enemy. This will further increase your overall damage.
The loss of Leeching Vines with this bar setup is not noticeable, as we are gaining a massive heal-over-time from switching to Polar Wind. Definitely use Orzorga's Red Frothgar for massive health and recovery boost with the Polar Wind setup to maximize your burst heal potential.

Few do informative builds I will test for sure
I've tried to test minor lifesteal with leeching and it seemed like i couldn't get more than one heal per second, no matter how many enemies. Are you sure it works?
Are you making sure the enemies are all attacking you? They must be attacking the person who is affected by vines to proc the minor lifesteal from them

@@AllThingsFascinate Thank you for making that known :) Either way, if you proc minor lifesteal every second, mathematically Leeching Vines would still give more overall healing per cast versus Living Trellis, under the condition that your attacker is dotted up.
For example, your Vines could have 1 second of duration remaining, but still refresh minor lifesteal on the enemy for 10 seconds. Overall resulting in more healing over time than the small burst heal at the end of Trellis has to offer.

@@InfinityInHD that's a great point! I have liked spamming trellis to save a teammate in BGs, but I do think leeching does feel *slightly* tankier for myself. Made me wonder if it did proc off multiple people in pvp somehow haha.

What’s your opinion on The Asylum ice staff and use crushing shock for your spam?.
I've seen a few build videos lately with Asylum, but I feel it's pretty ass compared to Master's. Why go through a trial to get a weapon that buffs only one skill? Master's Ice Staff gives 600 weapon and spell damage after casting your spammable, which effects ALL your damage abilities and heals.
Asylum staff may potentially result in a tiny bit more pressure, but you won't see big burst numbers without that extra damage from Master's. Hope this helps :)
I gotta give this a try might rock that infused duel wield backbar setup or you think nirn and powered better?
Nirn and powered would have stronger heals but infused is more dmg. Up to you :)

Nah I would still run the shadow mundus honestly. Frostbite is light armor and will still give good crit chance :)

It's a marking system so it's easier for teammates to spot each other. On console hold right on d-pad

You think i can use eternal vigor instead? Lacking Material to do weapons golden.
The problem with eternal vigor is that it needs to be double-barred... Wretched Vitality has a proc condition so it can be back-barred and the buff will remain active through barswaps. I hope this helps :)
Btw, all of my wretched vitality pieces are purple. I usually only gold out my main damage weapon because I'm just a poor pvp'er lol 😂

Why sword and board backbar as opposed to ice staff?
You could do double ice staff. I like s&b for the ultimate, and heavy attacking for stam if necessary :)

It's a costume called the Black Hand Robe. Grind out lvl 8 in Dark Brotherhood and you'll unlock it :)
Can death dealers work with this build?
Yeah DDF mythic would work great!
I use markyn/ssc for duelling, open world like cyrodiil i always use ddf, i use jewels of misrule just for the extra recov aswell :)

Infused dual wield swords with quick cloak skill. Damage and disease enchants. You will be squishier, but your quick cloak will proc your back bar weapon enchantments and give you more overall damage. Resto for resto ult is good too
Nahhh no way we have the same setup but i run 3 divines on a khajit and run pheonix moth over wretched in grp and i use ddf or sea serp
