Nice flight/range test with your DJI Mini 3 Pro over the river. Nice view of the kayaker's. Nice views of the river. Nice view of the damn at just over 3350 meters. Very nice views of the river. RTH was the right way to return. Nice commentary with a nice audio track.

Its expensive, but amazing capabilities for how tiny it is.

They test everything(including cars for fuel mileage), inside where there's no wind etc. They don't tedt them in reality situations with wind etc.

I put a timer on my wrist watch “Siri set a timer for 22 minutes “ and then I keep it mind along with wind conditions . If I am flying plus battery then I set it for 30 minutes . This has never let me down .

If you haven't already got the googles and motion control 2 then you must splash the cash and do it. You won't be dissappointed.

Sounds fun. I'll ask my wife for some pocket money.

Sadly there is now a sign saying you can't fly drones there anymore. They can't give you any fine ATM as it's not an "official law". But it's their "personal wish" to not have drones there. So the council worker can ask you to leave. I'd recommend flying your drone there by launching from the hill top overlooking the reservoir near the dam. This hill top will give you great signal strength and is a public road. Any council never has any rights to their above air space. Just dont fly while standing on their land.
