Thank you! As i learn how to use and explore my voice this is so helpful. I find often hard to follow warm ups with too much explanation..the style of less talk more showing how is just great for me! I can i see how you explore and feel your voice and it really helps me to do the same. 🙏✨
Love it! Though do it on my own piano in my own ranges. Not so much swinging my head but focusing on support, because that’s a bit more difficult in sitting position i find ❤
absolutely, if you can stand while doing these warmups that's definitely the best option! Glad you enjoyed the warmup, I'll be posting some in other ranges as well later on :)
What's your favorite vocal warmup? And which ones were challenging for you today? 🤔 I like to shake my head to release tension while singing, and point at my nose to help with mix placement ;) Here are all the warm ups included in this video: 1. "yaaa" going down the scale 2. "mi mi / yooo" on a major scale, ascending 3. "no no" descending down a five note scale 4. sliding "ee-ee" on fifths 5. "goo goo" on a 1 3 5 8 5 3 1 pattern, ascending 6. sliding "oh / oh" octaves 7. "glockaduh" jaw release on a 12321 pattern 8. tongue out "ahh" five note scale, ascending 9. "meow meow" descending five note scale 10. "loo loo" across the octave 1358531
These wam ups can be used everyday! I don't always start with these particular warm ups, sometimes I need other exercises to prep for a specific song, this is just an example :)
rock on! I dig your channel! would love to hear where I can hear you sing!
Thanks! You can check out my singing under my artist channel, Anji Kaizen :) th-cam.com/users/anjikaizen
