One item I would suggest is on the Hemi heads is use a 40 degree piston / head instead of the current 58.5 degree hemi head we have. This would be lower, lighter and use a 4.500 bore which would allow 2.5 intake and 2.0 exhaust valves with more CFM and hopefully more power.
Both motors and engines output mechanical energy for use, but motors are fed energy from another source. An electrical generator shoves electrons down a wire to turn an electric motor. An air compressor shoves air down a hose to turn an air motor. And a hydraulic pump shoves hydraulic fluid down a hose to turn a hydraulic motor. You have already figured out that generators, compressors, and pumps, need to be turned by either a motor, or an engine. Engines, on the other hand convert potential energy in fuel into mechanical motion. It is interesting that a steam engine is a steam motor with an attached firebox and steam boiler. Many people, including automotive professionals, call engines 'motors', but nobody but a fool would call a motor an engine. It would be nice if the company was called, General Engines, but it's not. This discussion is almost as frustrating as the one about "bolts" vs. "screws." You think there is a real difference between them until you look them up and see that idiots have been around for so long that they have ruined those words too.
The 481x has standard bbc bore spacing. The name refers to the block design. It has raised cam and larger cam bore, lifters are spread, the blocks are skirted and the mains are cross bolted. Mainly the 481x is known for its improved valve train
@@InternalCombustionno not really nothing about 481x is Chevrolet 😂 it’s custom built engine doesn’t share parts with any production engine shtovrolet fans are relentless
You didn't do bad...I would love to have seen what he said when you asked, "HOW MUCH" Or specs on the heads...CC's/CFM's ;-) The Stage 4 heads they don't give #s. Stage 3 heads are close to 600cfm, about twice srt 6.1 hemi or LS2 corvette heads. Thoses heads flow enough to make 1 Veyron/Koenisgsegg engine amount of power per cylinder( 1,000
Internal Combustion alright, AJPE makes two engines, a 481X which is more like a BBC and they make a Hemi! This is a Hemi not a 481X. It says it on the sign right above the motor as well if you don't believe me.
A true work of engineering genius - making the Elephant even better!
I nice to hear the explanation....not the question.
Is English not your first language?

That’s a easy way to spend a couple hundred thousand dollars
Crazy expensive parts !
0:10 - man jewelry.
not a MOTOR. It is an Engine. Motors are electric, hydraulic, pneumatic. These are heads for an Otto cycle internal combustion gas ENGINE
you're a moron
Im pretty sure when anyone goes to a mechanic and says theres a weird noise in the motor they don't immediately go look at the starter lol
Right on.

Its a polytropic combustion heat engine.😊
How much power can the 481x make with a good 14/71 Roots blower
I know it's been a long time since this podcast, but I'm curious can this block be street driven, such as pro-street?
These 481X engine are based on what engine company and what are the cubic inches of each stage engine or are the stages more to do with heads
Please explain 481X. The cubic inch is in the high fives, not 481 so I have been told.
bore space
Thanks, Kyle!

all part cnc machined?
Yep
That's the shit right there
A 481X is a BBC style engine. This is a Hemi, completely different deals!
Really?

That fact that you don’t know who Allen Johnson is 🤣🤣🤣AJPEowns NITRO !
Allen Johnson and Alan Johnson are two different people in the drag racing community. Get it right
Internal Combustion 🤣
Internal Combustion that’s ok because Bad Brad Anderson is what I run!! Bae for life
I wonder if theyre made in china?
Made in Santa Maria California
100% made in America ~ Santa Maria, CA
Vidiographer has no idea what he's looking at or what is being said.
Get it together, jeez.
Sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. Thx for watching!

It's
HOW MUCH$$$$$$
They only are sold BARE (no vavle/springs,etc) For a Pair they are $6,865.00, The Billet block cost $9,600
eww pushrods...
you gonna keep trolling all my videos?
Oh look another new age genius ...
Pushrods are old technology. They cannot sustain high RPM like an OHC design. Also there are limitations with variable valve timing.
Lol
@@dronetraveler6979 Pushrods are indeed old technology, however, they're still being used in many forms of racing today.
Dumb questions...
