Nice one Liam mate, looks like you enjoyed yourself - hope the trainers survived in that wet sand! I have yet to try the D2 on the beach....not my cup of tea as a rule but will do one day I'm sure! Great watch & pleased you bumped into Lukey!

some of my best find have came from the beach
I use a modded Diving program for hunting relics on the beach. The low frequency weighting is great for deep high conductor bullets, cannonballs and brass/aluminium artillery fuzes.
The flip side is that it's very deep on cigarette tins and drinks can ends!

"Civil War"? Which one's that, the English Civil War? That was 1642-1651, which pre-dates rifled bullets.
The second bullet is a Snider, which dates from around the 1860s.
