From The Simpsons episode "Mr. Lisa Goes to Washington" (S03E02), captured from Channel 4 on February 12, 2023.
The fourth and final (that I'm aware of) sighting of the 1989 TCFTV logo on Channel 4's prints of The Simpsons is on this episode, which was also intact on Sky's print before they updated it. If you ask me, this is the best quality of the 4 as you can hear the full echo after the Fox logo finishes.
I have to say 4 episodes with the 1989 logo still intact is absolutely mind-blowing in a world where pretty much every other station and streaming service uses newer prints of this show. Hopefully Channel 4 continues to be a bastion for these old Simpsons prints for a long time to come.
