This video shows you how to install the ATC clips from either X-ATC-Chatter or FS-ATC-Chatter into Pilot2ATC. It also shows you how to properly configure Pilot2ATC to play the clips.
My only complaint about using this type of chatter with P2ATC is that the 'robot' voice of the active controller contrasts so starkly with the background chatter that it just shatters any sense of immersion I may have had. Nothing anyone can do about it, just figured I'd say it.
You can lessen the robotic nature of the pilot2ATC text to speech by using high quality SAPI voices. I tend to like the Amazon Poly SAPI plugin voices. Particularly the neural voices. Mark
Hello, Thank You for this Video...I followed to the "T" But plane now won't load all the way unless I pull out XPUIC plugin and leave it on the desktop. Same Computer for Plane... Do I need to change IP to 127.0.0.1 Thx
Assuming you just added the clips to Pilot2ATC then the issue must be with XPUIPC. There are several implementations of XPUIPC floating around. I suggest you contact the developer pf Pilot2ATC to see which one he recommends. You can reach him on his forum here: www.avsim.com/forums/forum/713-pilot2atc-users-forum/ Mark
Hi, I did my first flight. I thought it would be nice to fly from Sardinia to Geneva and get different accents from towers in Italy, France, Swizz. But i always hear the dutch tower on Schiphol. Is this database skewed towards Dutch in Europe region or do you think something need to be set different? I cant imagine what to set different. Not much options in p2atc. Tia!
Greetings.I am using this with MSFS2020 and everything works great.I have one problem though. When I click on the standby area for the radio panel, I get the panel but, there is not any sound control area at all displayed. Can you advise please?
You probably worked this out, but I think the point is that although X-ATC-Chatter is an xplane product, you don't install it into xplane here, only into Pilot2ATC. And since Pilot2ATC works with MSFS, the solution as a whole works with MSFS. (Only watched this because I couldn't work out why my voices didn't work. I hadn't set it to the Controller Folders option. Set now and it works :)
Thank you so much. I have all of your products they are fantastic. Thank you very much for these tutorials very, very helpful.
Thanks for the instructions !
Thank you very much :)
Thank you

Does this not work with MSFS? Seems you only mention xp
Yes it does. Pilot2ATC works with X-Plane, FSX, P3D, and MSFS2020.
