    I would like to say a huge THANK YOU!
    I've been suffering from depression, and unfortunately, lately my stress level peaked due to work and it did make my depression worst. My anger management was indeed a mess.
    Then last Friday, I saw Mindvalley's adver playing here on TH-cam, I got sooooo curious that I immediately signed up for your Free Masterclass.
    ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK YOU VERY MUCH! IT REFRESHED ME! EVEN IN MY VIEWS OF WHAT I OUGHT TO DO, thanks for making the the path clearer now.

    While I like each piece of the instruction and teach a similar meditation technique using the senses, the presentation is way too fast for me- no pauses- no opportunity to actually practice what is being taught. I feel like I'm being pinned to the wall! Still, I'm happy to see that it has been a blessing to many people and has helped them to slow down a bit and pay attention in a new way.

      I am reading it for the first time and do meditation and love it and have high stress with having epilepsy almost all of my life and other health concerns,but trying to stay positive and strong cause of Jesus!

      Meditate helps and listening to nice soothing music and waterfalls and all kinds of relaxation music really is helpful!

    It's amazing what you do, your meditation awareness really comes through in your videos. I feel from afar like you are already a dear friend, as it seems we are the same age, as you mentioned in another video you were 24 in 2004. And I looooove meditation. The meditation I do differs from yours in the sense that mine is more a kind of combination of various techniques I've learned rather then a specific way it seems you teach. But anyways meditation is cool. Not boring. i could meditate for hrs, and have the most complex interesting "downloads" in which it's as if a greater force is teaching me something. my forehead is my video screen and I can imagine myself anywhere. For the most part I don't even have patience or interest in going on vacations as I can easily imagine myself anywhere I want, and feel the experience.
    Anyways I love to connect to likeminded people. wishing you all the best, and it would be wonderful to hear from you.
