Hi! I live in the U.S. and we can buy white sand at craft stores. I have a faster way to color sand that ensures even distribution of the color and isn't messy. I use a storage bag (like Ziplock) and put the white sand in the bag. Then I take a can of spray paint in the color I want (like Rustoleum in pink) and I spray the paint into the bag, zip closed, and shake. The sand picks up the color evenly. Hope this helps.

You say in the video Poster Paints, and further down in the comments you say use Acrylic paint only?
Im a bit confused with that....Is it poster paint or Acrylic? or can both be used successfully?
can you do sand painted pics with the sand would it be fine enough?...
what is the sieve you are using did you buy it or make it?....

Mix the paint with the water or even a simple vinegar solution first and it will take to the sand much quicker.
Also a bit easier to put them into airlock bags and shake to mix🙌🏼 no need for gloves then either
