The most common issue people have with this is the ducky top plate could be too wide for the case. You would have to do some modding by sanding down the aluminum plate itself to have it fit.
Did you have any issues while putting the PCB in the case? I'm thinking of doing it myself but I have seen others who have had to do some filing or the left side of the PCB is floating higher.

I didn't have to do any filing. For this case in particular, the PCB fit in fine without any issues.
did you re solder the switches?
I hear ducky one 2 minis have high input lag. Do you notice any delay when pressing keys while playing games?
Haven't noticed anything so far when playing Valorant or CSGO. Didn't even know there was an input delay issue with the Ducky until now lmao.
